This policy applies to direct stays booked on this site. Full refund if you cancel 60 or more days before arrival. 50% refund at 30 to 59 days. No refund under 30 days. Cancel by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the cut-off day. Refunds for confirmed card bookings go back by the same method. A $500 refundable card hold is placed 2 days before arrival.
